To download and use the  IRC Internet Support Tool  for On-Line Help Assistance ...

  1. Read the instructions below before you proceed.

  This tool enables an IRC support technician to work with you on your workstation remotely for help-desk services.
  This help-desk technical support session is initiated by your request only.  Once this tool is de-activated, IRC
  technical support staff cannot access your system in any way.  These support sessions are encrypted and
  randomized to preserve your security.  During the session, you may watch and monitor all actions preformed for
  your service.

  2. Click HERE to download the IRC Internet Support Tool.

  3. When you are asked if you wish to run or save the download, select save to download the tool to your desktop.

  4. When the IRC Internet Support Tool has finished downloading, exit your browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.).

  5. Then find and double click (with your left mouse button) on the icon on your desktop that looks like this:   

      Note:  If you are asked by a firewall program if you would permit this program to run, say OK.

  6. Next, at the following window, double click on the words in the white box - "Internet Support Custom ID" as show below:

  7. You should now see the following box (below).  Call 515-274-0817 for an IRC technician to provide ID numbers
  for this box and to establish a technical help-desk support session to assist you.

  Note:  When the help session is concluded, the tool becomes completely inactive.  You may retain the tool on
  your desktop for future help sessions.  To re-active the tool for assistance, just repeat steps 5-7.
